Describe the issue

Running the same flow - the outputs sometimes don't run

Easies way is to reproduce with automated tests - lifts the pain of preconditions @MilosPaunovic - please ping me when you are ready to reproduce it, I will provide assistance -

Basically you run in Debug the test "checkOutputFromHelloWorldFlow" and stop it at the outputs
