Docker Task Runner `delete` property does not play nicely with low-code editor #5056

Describe the issue

I can hardly interact with the delete property of Docker Task Runner from our topology editor.

it badly renders the default value
it can be set and is reflected in-source, but the underlying taskRunner JSON (shown in low-code editor) isn't saved properly

still true on 0.19.4
