System/User Executions multiselect filter doesn't show any Executions at first (even though it should) #5153

Describe the issue

Expected behavior

By default, the system namespace should display system executions i.e. executions of all flows in the system namespace

Current behavior

Some executions are filtered out at first even though they shouldn't, see the demo video demo incl. explanation in a video https://share.descript.com/view/udjqMxjML0d

Reproducer

To reproduce, go to the System namespace --> go to Flows --> Select the Purge flow and run it. This way, you should have 1 execution that should be displayed. However, it's not showing up
