Deprecate`MeltanoSnowflake`, add `PipelinewiseSnowflake` #31

Issue description

Meltano's Snowflake target is deprecated https://gitlab.com/meltano/target-snowflake

Currently the plugin already points to Pipelinewise docs but still installs the deprecated Meltano's plugin:
