What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. pip install pypyodbc==1.1.2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect 1.1.2 to be installed, instead I get an error that it's not available.
This makes using pip requirements files impossible with version pinning. That's
a pretty major obstacle to dependable deployments. Please do not remove old
versions from pip.

It seems that the old versions are not available from google code either, nor
are there any tags in version control.

pypyodbc 1.1.2 is strongly not recommended, because it has a critical bug.

But if you do want to find that version, under Download tab, you can select all
downloads.
