slope values cause crash (-inf) #2

in gui demo, slope < -0.0058125, crashes

This is resolved by adjusting the End Radius rather than the slope. I introduced a Fix Slope button. This keeps the slope fixed, as long as corresponding EndRadius is larger than 0.001 m
