PluginManager broken?! #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set openWindow to $this->setPublicMethod('openWindow');
2. go to menubar profiler->tab plugins
3. Click here to go to pluginManager

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A window with all plugins to load/unload

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest SVN version on Linux and Windows XP

Bug was actually on loading/unloading plugins but it's fixed anyway
