Posting ManiaHome notification causes exception and crashes plugin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get my Tathar/ServerCommands plugin (Plugin.php attached)
2. Install the file to the /Tathar/ServerCommands/ plugin folder and load it.
3. Use the /server maniahome public (message) command
4. Plugin crashes and an exception is thrown that appears to be from 
Maniaplanet Web Services (see thread below)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that the command would post a ManiaHome notification to everyone who 
has the server bookmarked.  Instead an exception is thrown and the relevant 
plugin is terminated.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ManiaLive 2.5 and Dedicated server 2012-12-20 on Ubuntu Linux 12.04 LTS
