https://github.com/nulli0n/ExcellentEnchants-spigot this plugins compiled by spigot api. then why cannot use on ketting?

1. Install ExcellentEnchants v4.0.5
2. Install nightcore
3. launch the server

BuiltInRegistries have been replaced by Forge registries, the error you are getting is intentional, as the new registry does not allow intrusive holders
