Server Crashing When Creating New World

• [X] I am using the latest Ketting version at the time of writing for the Minecraft version, that I am using
• [X] I have provided full server logs and not a crash-report

Description of behavior

When i try to create a world it will freeze and crash the server

Reproduction Steps

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Use above Version with mod bogus with the version x.y.z 
2. Run the server
3. type mvcreate name normal
4. See the mixin error

Seems like the server was taking too long to create a new world using multiverse core, this can be caused by a lot of things, amount of mods, not enough server resources, but this does not seem like a Ketting error to me.
