Crashing on start up With ATM9

Basic questions:

• [X] I am actually using ketting, and not any other software (e.g. magma)
• [X] I am using the latest Ketting version at the time of writing for the Minecraft version, that I am using

What Minecraft Version is your Server on?

Full Ketting Version

kettinglauncher-1.3.8.jar

Description of behavior

I tried launching [kettinglauncher], specifically this version [kettinglauncher-1.3.8.jar], the newest version, with my All the Mods 9 server. It never starts; it runs for about 30 seconds and then crashes. Here are all the logs and crash reports I could find. I didn't know exactly what information you needed to help me or prevent this in the future, so I'm sending everything.

Reproduction Steps

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Use above Version with mod bogus with the version x.y.z 
2. Run the server
3. See the mixin error

Some things that i have noticed:

• You are running with modernfix installed, modernfix is known to have some issues with Ketting
• Your full Ketting version is incorrect, this is the launcher version, not the actual server version (i am assuming that you are running Ketting-1.20.1-0.2.20, try updating to 0.2.23)
• You are running your server in a onedrive folder, don't do that, file syncing can cause issues with live servers

Also, you're not even running Ketting, you are just running Forge 47.2.20, make sure to follow the correct installation steps
