Update AS examples #4

Here are some cosmetic changes and small optimizations. Also added everywhere the optimization flag for asc -O. It also makes sense to update wasm binaries with all this changes. But I'll leave that to you.

Looks good! I'm still familiarizing myself with AssemblyScript so I appreciate it!
