XML documentation files are not included on default installation #158

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the AForge.NET Framework
2. Add a reference for any AForge.*.dll in your project
3. Intellisense isn't available.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 I'd expect Intellisense to work without having to build from source. It would also be nice to have an option to include the debugging symbols during installation.

What version of the product are you using?

 AForge.NET Framework 2.1.4
