IAMCameraControl support and Microsoft LifeCam frame size fix #159

I have included the IAMCameraControl definition from the DirectShowNet library

I have then modified VideoCaptureDevice adding Get, GetRange, Set calls for 
Pan, Tilt and Zoom

I have also modified the WorkerThread method to fix the frame size bug with 
Microsoft LifeCams.

Setting video size was fixed for MS LifeCam (see ticket #200). However the rest 
still needs to be done.

Added SetCameraProperty(), GetCameraProperty() and GetCameraPropertyRange() 
methods to VideoCaptureDevice, which allows to set properties like exposure 
time, focus, etc.

Committed in revisions 1706-1708.
