Select last Dimension created #251

Hi @kevancress If you have a Dimension created then you create a new one, the Dimension selected in panel is not the last one created. Some times you create a new one and you realize that you are not editing this one because it is not the selected after it creation. I think it could be interesting, that after creation of a new Dimension, this one will be the selected.

Another minor issue is that you get an error message when you deleting dimensions exced the number of those. In other words, when you try to delete when there isn't any dimension in the list.

It seems related to what I found at Measureit_ARCH v0.5.0(dev-83adf50)
