Raster Line Weights render too thick (perspective, raster render only) #255

Line weights are dimensionally accurate in ortho views in the viewport, and rendering.

Line Weights look fine in perspective in the viewport but are too thick in perspective renders

Fixed this in the shader migration to support Metal and Vulkan.
