Update Filing Sub-Category to reflect API changes #32

The sub-categories on the API have changed, we need to update our enum to reflect these changes.

Added in the extra Filing Sub-Category of release-ceas, going to close this issue for the time being even though I feel there is other undocumented sub categories but we can always open some extra issues for these.
