My private Tikibase groups entries into multiple distinct categories, which allows using different structures (section types, connectivity levels) for indivdiual categories of notes.
To keep these groups redundancy-free, I need the ability to connect notes in different categories. At the same time, I want to be able to edit only one category at a time. This requires linking notes to files outside the root directory of a category.
proposed solution
add a config option allow links above root with these options:
don't allow
always allow
stretch goal: only allow to other Tikibases (directories that contain a tikibase.json file)
