Hello! I'm trying to play BattleToads, but I can't get passed the ding-dang 
MAME Title Screen. It says I need more files, when in reality, I have the most 
files it needs to run properly on an ordinary PC MAME Emulator.

HELP, PLEASE!

Try to make sure the ROM is for MAME 0.134u4. Because MAME changes the format 
for ROMs a lot, you might run into problems if you use the wrong ROM format on 
the wrong MAME revision.
