New Front End

I love Mame for wii but need a new complete GUI, Its very messy for Wii :S

It could be great a GUI like to USB Loader/SaveGame Manager or more like to 
VBAdvance/FCEUX/SNES9X or maybe simple like to Hugo-Wii/Atari 7800
