Fix for crash on ios 11 #9

on iOS11 is illegal to add subviews to a UIVisualEffectView

@jeffaburt there are something I can't agree with in this PR. I'm fixing it on master.

This is fixed in 1.0.3. (commit: https://github.com/kevin0571/STPopupPreview/commit/38341cecc6d7cc3b0bfb3820ad63b8e11e1a36eb)
