Refactor and update documentation #47

Being frankly, this is really awesome package available for Alexa in PHP comparing other new package. This has tons of features in which others package lacks.

The only hurtle I found was documentation! Current documentation is too detailed to quick start with new application. By seeing README for first time, users seems it's hard to integrate (This my observation based on recommending to other users which I know). Definitely documentation is great, but I think we should refactor it, which will give users confidence to go ahead.

I kept previous documentation as it is, because thats perfect to basic users.

Also some of the features are not documented.

This PR is in progress so don't merge it right now.

I confirm that this PR is ready to merge (on your acceptance). I kept configuration description same as previous, because it's important.
