Removes mandatory allocations from parsing enums #34

Closes #7. This also fixes some bugs around allowing different casings to be parsed, which is the documented and intended behavior.

Visible changes

Different case enums will now be successfully parsed, as intended.

Internal changes (optional)

Utils grows two new methods, ULongToEnum<T> and TryParseFlagsEnum<T>
The default parsers for enums are now allocation free
