iPad - Safari / Opera - unable to scroll results if Collection list (tree view) exceeds 1 screen (Has it's own scroll bar). #169

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using an iPad + Safari, or Opera
2. Login to a Server containing more than a screens worth of DB collections
3. Select a DB + data collection, that contains several documents, then attempt 
to scroll through the first page of document summaries (you can't).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Page will not scroll. (Can workaround by using the "Open in New Tab", at the DB 
level, a "Command" or "Execute" window, to remove the tree view.
