Upload collection name checked after upload #234

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Find a json to import
2. Select the file for the import
3. DO NOT fill the collection name

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expecting the import to not start.
The import starts (in my case took ages for slow link speed :) ) and after the 
upload the presence of the "collection" field is checked.

RockMongo Version (1.1.4)

Operation System (Windows/CentOS, ...)
Chrome 23 on Windows

At least a javascript check should be made before allowing to upload, to avoid 
loosing a lot of time.
