[Enhancement]: Add support for HST STIS #666

What is your suggestion?

It would be really helpful if Eureka! could provide a demo on how to reduce and fit data from HST STIS G430L and G750L observations.

@kevin218, you're far more experienced with HST than I - how much work do you think it'd take to add support for HST/STIS? I seem to recall there being STIS support in POET, but maybe that was just WFC3 UVIS. To support STIS, do you figure we could largely repurpose POET or Eureka! code? I know detrending of the two instruments is fairly different and would presumably require some additional systematic models, but I'm not sure what differences there would need to be during reduction

I have never reduced STIS data, but we have an internal proposal in to do just that. If it gets selected, then we'll do the work.
