What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. chinese wifi ssid can not be displayed correctly, it can not be connected too

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
android 2.2 release for viewpad10

wifi on the viewpad 10 in the froyo build is not fully working

may de kernel level driver issues), Its looking like a more Viewpad Supporting 
build will be made for Gingerbread.
