What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run until lock screen
2. when lock screen, screen turned into random color patches
3. system cannot re-entered into menu, reboot is only way out

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect lock screen to be unlocked and return to previous view;
instead the above happened

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

until the first lock screen, system worked fine
I have tried:
1. wifi (yes, get network)
2. run youtube, got to the view page, but cannot get the video played (error)
This is a pad like device from MSI running Windows 7 Home (provided by MSI 
pre-installed), there are no buttons （for menu, back etc) but the softkey 
using status bar worked
