touch only device feature issue #271

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. touch on right side of bar
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-The process goes through turning on when pressing on the rights side of the 
bar back to off by itself with respective messages with them.  Cannot turn on.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 2.2 Sparta

It works fine with a mouse click.  It seems that touch is the problem.
