Samsung Ultra Q1 WiFi could not start after enter flight mode #281

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fresh install, create local data folder
2. Turn on WiFi, browsing and then enter flight mode
3. Turn on WiFi again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be able to connect, but it fails

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android-x86 2.2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried "cd system/data/misc; chown 1010:1010 dhcp wifi", sometimes work and 
sometimes not
