Duo touchscreen doesn't work #295

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Every time I run Android
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I touch anything on the touchscreen, the cursor is in the wrong position.  
When I touch and drag at the bottom of the homescreen, it selects/moves the 
statusbar or the Google search widget at the top

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Androir x86 2.2 Sparta build on Inspiron Duo
