Expected: display error stating tags are duplicated Actual: displayed that there are no tags to add

Team's Response

Thanks for the report. In our UG, we mentioned that 'If duplicate tags are added, these tags will not be added.' Thus, the error was 'There are no tags to add' onto the existing Person.
