no dslr detected thru tp link n router #122

When i connect thru wifi (tp link mr3040 v) 
It doesn't detect any dslr but with an otg both dslr works fine.

Nikon D7000 , D5100

Have tried to re-install the app create new wifi setting in mr3040 v2, 

Connect with the mr3040 still "no dslr found"

What seems to be wrong here?
Is there any set-up should be done?

Sorry for late answer, it's my fail not seeing there are more issues open.

There is a custom firmware that needs to be installed (flashed) on the MR3040.
The latest one (0.12) after flashing will work out of box with wifi enabled
