What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I download app to my tablet and install the CV app as well,app still 
does not recognize my nikon d3 but works great with galaxy S4 phone

Sorry for late answer, my fault not seeing there are more open issues.

The latest version (V0.30.33) includes OpenCv libraries so no need for OpenCv 
Manager anymore.
