What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when in live view the arrows to manual focus dont work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the camera should manually focus
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

the latest version on nexus 7

Sorry for late answer, my stupid fault not seeing there where more open issues 
(more pages).

Check if the focus mode is AF-S or AF-C. Manual focus movement will not work if 
focus mode is set to MF or MF (fixed).
