Specify a default set of custom colors for labels to use as repo templates #12

Would be nice to have this, and even branded company colors.

I guess this is technically done. Though it would be nice to have a pre-defined set to reuse as default templates. Renaming the issue to reflect this.

To address the ZenHub-able label, this is on the ZenHub roadmap as part of making it easier to work over multiple repositories. For labels in particular this means being able to share a suite of labels across a number of repos without having to manually replicate them.

Being able to chose from pre-built label lists would also be really cool here. So that less experienced teams can start with a baseline from a well known project rather than from scratch. I think that building an API and being able to say 'this is the label set the GitHub API team uses' would be really helpful to some teams.
