Ability to re-arrange issues manually, and by sort #41

To confirm the requirement here, this is looking at the GitHub issues list page and wanting to be able to re-arrange which issues are shown first?

In terms of the ZenHub-able label, this is something we are looking at the give a better list view of data. For example, adding a new view option on the issue page that will group by pipeline and allow drag and drop re-ordering:

Clicking on the pipeline option, could open up a new view something like...

where the left hand side shows the different pipelines on the board and the groupings on the right hand side are issues ordered by pipeline

does that seem useful?

This has been implemented, but only within a milestone. https://github.com/blog/2206-reorder-issues-within-a-milestone
