Unclaimed Lectures #59

Hi guys, It seems as though we have all claimed our 4 lectures, but this doesn't cover all the lectures that have notes. What do we want to do with the unclaimed lectures? I think the unclaimed ones are lectures 22, 23, 25, and 28.

I'm not opposed to extra credit. In terms of equitability, how should we handle this so that @cailemieuxmack @AlphaCentauri79 @superslalomracer @musicalkeyboard1234 and @superslalomracer all have opportunities for EC?

What if we added a final classSummary file to round it out to five extra credit files that could be committed

kind of sad I wasn't included in the EC conversation @kevinaangstadt :'( . Jkjk I could also just do the README instead and focus on that

Oops sorry @epuer18 missed a duplicate tag in my counting (Home Alone 1, anyone?). We could say picking one of the remaining lectures is available for EC (and @epuer18 on the README).
