What will be the list of ranks and how many will there be?

Currently we have the first rank, something like..

1. Short Order Chef

What will be the mechanism that causing the user to increase rank? (Will it be number of recipes, clips? Will there by experience points?)

For ranks I did some quick research.

1.Prep Cook

  1. Station Chef 3.Sous Chef. 4.Executive Chef(head Chef) Four seems like it wouldnt be enough , so we have to come up with more.

For the ranking up, i was thinking that whatever we choose is the way to get points like you said (clips, number of recipes) should give you exp or points because it will be easy to manage.
