Add the smaller cities #16

GoBike is also live in Emeryville, Redwood City, etc. We should add data for those & add the slugs similarly.

Emeryville is finished. What other cities are we missing?

I thought there were more but I guess not... I think it's coming to RWC soon but not deployed yet.

We can just add up the trips and see if any started in cities that are not in the existing polygon sets, maybe.

According to BigQuery, 500 trips don’t have cities

Can you give a few of the lat/longs of the ones that didn't match up?

Here are the "stations" without a city. In reality, these are just dockless bikes from San Jose that have been taken to Milpitas and Santa Clara.
