Refactor CSS #5

Styles were done in a rush, and they're pretty sloppy.

They need some love from someone who cares about writing good, clean CSS.

Pretty sure that aside from loader.css, I just ported those rules directly from the original Chrome experiment iteration. So definitely needs a fine-toothed comb through.

I talked to Scott and he's willing to hack on it w/ any others that are also willing.
