Effect Container should be just Effect updater or something, but allows the effect to be added in other containers

We often want to spawn effects as a child of another container due to transform logic so it is better to not contain all effects in one container.

• [x] EffectContainer is no longer a Container - upon destroy, the effect can be removed using effect.parent.removeChild(effect)

• [x] fix sonic drop effect
• [x] fix countdown effect
