Push update does not work #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a sample Starbucks pass
2. Update the values in the starter api website
3. Receive the 'dispatch successful' message
4. No update to the passbook app will happen

These issues have been resolved with our new API.  Our Previous API and starter 
instructions are no longer valid.  Please use the methods documented on this 
site.
