Sound rings but actually not when I call #111

I use the simple dial plan. It worked well before; but after I haven't used it
for like 2 months, now when I make call, it always sounds rings, but actually
it doesn't.

I use Linksys WRTP54G. I have rebooted it several times and have tried updating
to the latest dial plan in sipsocery.

Any other step I can take?

Thanks for any reply!

Most likely you do not receive the callback. You need to login to Sipsorcery,
go to the Console, click on "Connect" and check what exactly is going on. If,
for example, you used IPKall as your forwarding number (callback number), they
might have cancelled your account for prolonged inactivity (longer than 30
days).

Hi, mtelis, thanks for your response. I think I'm not using IPKall. Here's the
message from Console panel, can you check it for me please? Thank you very much!

We can see at 13:36:17:756 that as Mike suggested, the intermediary service
you're using isn't forwarding incoming calls to your SIP Sorcery account. Based
on the callback number shown, you're using Gizmo5.

Your Gizmo5 is not properly forwarding calls to SIP Sorcery.

Yes, that's exactly what the problem is. Thanks a lot to everyone!
