If anyone sees this, my microsoft account won't let me create a new channel, would like help testing! if possible

Done with the api, using a request to the specific link, if anyone has an account that can help test it!

Finished testing with account, LGTM, will leave open in case anyone else can run thorough tests with their own teams account.
