Tried this on an HP laptop and a Microsoft Surface, both running Windows 10, no luck.
Most likely you have not applied the patch correctly if you are still getting promped to log on. Take a look at the comment below: https://github.com/kevingigiano/neat-legacy/issues/10#issuecomment-1683924421 After applying the patch, verify sizes of files where Neat is installed.
OK, I'll uninstall everything that I downloaded and start from scratch, will sent screenshot when completed.
My computer does not have an OS_Install directory.
Here is what the directories look like after downloading.
based on your picture above, you need to take the files out of the patch folder and put them in the Neat/exec folder.

I followed the directions but still get that message to log on and use the cloud version!
Should I uninstall and start from square one?
