Screen saver never starts although "test" works occassionally #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using "hot corner" to start the screensaver, it never starts.  Screen just 
goes black.
2. When I use the "test" feature, it works every 3rd time or so.  Other times 
it's just a black 
screen.  Takes about 30 seconds for the first successful screen to appear.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Images from around the world expected.  I see nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The "featured" version for the mac os leopard.

Please provide any additional information below.
