New share menu #65

Updated share menu code and moved share icon to toolbar from overflow menu.

No problem ... Could you also look at #64 before next release ? You closed it and then reopened again 5 days ago.

Also it looks like the share menu of current release is broken (I installed from Play store) ... my changes are not included in it yet (you merged them after releasing), so maybe look into that and do a new release ?

Yep I'll get to that soon (I was closing/reopening to test that everything was working with travis) and tagged v1.0.13 to test deploying to Play Store beta (it's only to beta and there's not many people on that). Thanks for the heads up that the current share menu in beta was broken though.

I'll get the icons and maybe some other stuff in then make another release that gets pushed to everyone
