Closes #73 Resolves #60 Resolves #37

Replace the font size dialog with a seekbar to allow any value zoom of 25%-200% (and remove unneeded array.xml)
Convert app to kotlin
Remove some deprecations
Prepare for release 1.0.14 (includes fix for #72)
