This is how it makes moneys! (on transaction fees).

I'm curious if Eventbrite (or similar) haS an api. Could I outsource registration to them and still take a cut? Is this easier than doing strip myself? Does it bring in other advantages? It probably means less money for me.

I need to make sure that it is easy for TDs to communicate with any or all teams probably by email after I add this feature. I think right now you would have to copy or maybe export teams and then mass email.

I wonder if rails has any gems for user created forms and models from them. This might be an interesting option to explore for Teams + Registrations.

This might also help with tweaking the overall app for different sports.
- The Team model could be named generically with the user telling me what it should be called. This might be cosmetic only.

I could build ultimate tournament registrations as one Shopify store of products and use buy buttons for the registration pages / widgets. This is kind of a cool scrappy design. Its scrappy because I know how shopify works and I don't know how stripe works. I may also get a better rate ...
